  • BNCLT has just signed a Purchase and Sale agreement with the owners of 14 Leroy Street, another occupied triple decker in Dorchester.  If all goes well, this will officially be a BNCLT property by the end of May.  

  • Massachusetts Clean Energy Center selects BNCLT as one of its awardees for the Triple Decker Retrofit Pilot: Affordable Housing grant!  Through this award, we will receive consulting and financial support to do a full energy retrofit for our newest triple decker on Leroy Street!  This model will lead the way for future energy retrofits on our properties! 

  • The Boston Housing Authority awarded 13 City Funded Project Based Vouchers, with the possibility of adding additional vouchers this Spring, for BNCLT’s existing and new units across our buildings.  This ensures that low and extremely low-income residents have a spot without ever having to pay more than 30% of their income on rent. 

  • We are so grateful to receive grant support from funders, as well as from our circle of generous donors.  Thank you!  This is how we get the work done!   ​​​​​
