BNCLT is Developing 6 Affordable Condos at 355 Park Street!

BNCLT was selected with partners Co-Everything and Erise Builders by the Welcome Home, Boston Program to develop 6 permanently-affordable, community controlled condominium units at 355 Park Street. Learn more here. We are currently hitting the milestones towards closing, and construction is scheduled to begin in the late spring/early summer.

We are hosting Zoom office hours every other month, on the 4th Wednesday from 5:30-6:30pm. At these meetings we will share updates and answer questions.
