Our Properties

Since 2012, BNCLT (formerly COHIF) has acquired 11 properties (32 units) to prevent displacement in our neighborhoods. Even though the housing context has fluctuated — from rampant foreclosure to gentrification — we have kept a steady focus on anti-displacement work. Over the years, we have done whatever we need to do to take housing off of the speculative housing market: collaborating with organized tenants, partnering with real estate investors, buying foreclosed properties, putting together alternative financing to acquire properties on the market, and working with mission-aligned homeowners who wish to sell or donate their homes to our CLT. Click the points on the map or the icons on the left to learn more about each property we own, and how it became a part of BNCLT.
