Property Updates
Our rehab of 364 Harvard Street is wrapping up, and the building is looking great, inside and out. Both residents are back in their homes after a gut rehab of their bathrooms and other improvements.
Meanwhile, 355 Park Street, the new lot we are developing into 6 new units of affordable ownership in partnership with Co-Everything — is on track, hitting the milestones towards closing and construction to begin in the spring. There will be a zoning hearing on November 19th online. Anyone is welcome to participate in this public meeting. We will post the exact timing on our website once the agenda has been updated.
