Check Out Our Interactive Property Map!

BNCLT has just released a new interactive property map, showcasing the geography and history of our organization. Since 2012, BNCLT (formerly the Coalition for Occupied Homes in Foreclosure) has acquired 10 properties (30 units) to prevent displacement in our neighborhoods. Even though the housing context has fluctuated — from rampant foreclosure to gentrification — we have kept a steady focus on anti-displacement work. Over the years, we have done whatever we need to do to take housing off of the speculative housing market: collaborating with organized tenants, partnering with real estate investors, buying foreclosed properties, putting together alternative financing to acquire properties on the market, and working with mission-aligned homeowners who wish to sell or donate their homes to our CLT.

Check out the map to learn more about each property we own, and how it became a part of BNCLT.
