The person who fills this role will have the opportunity to help shape the model of community governance within the Land Trust movement through the work with BNCLT. The Resident Leadership Coordinator will be working with our growing body of residents, as well as community neighbors, to build leadership and identify pathways and strategies with the residents for how to build individual and collective assets and wealth.  We're looking for someone who is eager to take on racial housing injustices that have plagued our neighborhoods in Boston for too long, and to build community power through alternative models as we pursue our community-controlled housing agenda.
