Our New Properties

We are excited to report that the renovations at 6 Humphreys Place are nearly completed, and everyone is back in their apartments, plus 2 new families are on their way.  It has been an exciting 8 months across our new properties to meet the 15 families who are now part of our Land Trust community. Meanwhile, work is underway at 14 Leroy to plan for the Energy Retrofit for this triple decker building: we hope this will be a model for our future as we connect affordable housing with climate justice.
