Become A Sustainer Member
Give $1,000 or More and Get 50% Back
There are two steps:
Step One: Sign up to give BNCLT a recurring donation, as little as $3 a quarter ($12 a year).
Step Two: Sign up as BNCLT Member (General or Voting).
If we recruit 50 Sustainer Members by December 31, 2024 we will receive a $5,000 matching grant from Resource Organizing Project. Learn More.

Contribute Property
Make a solidarity investment in our housing by contributing to a slow money loan pool over a 10-year term.
The Community Investment Tax Credits (CITC) are part of a Massachusetts state program designed to encourage donations to organizations that are meeting key community development and housing goals. BNCLT receives annual awards of these credits because our work is recognized as vital to help meet these goals. Learn More.
We are offering this mission-aligned investment opportunity at 0-5% interest over 10 years, with a 30 year amortizing schedule. Your investment will service 5 buildings (32 units) in Dorchester, which provide permanently affordable housing for our low-income residents. Learn more.
